Pizza rolling machine with two pairs of RM42A rollers. Machine with inclined upper roller unit and designed for the production of circular bases. The controls are digital. The lightly floured ball is manually inserted between the rollers through the mouth of the upper protection and by means of the sling bar it rotates before passing into the lower rollers group and becoming a disc of dough ready to be garnished. These models are designed for the electric pedal, which can be supplied as an accessory on request.
